Meet the Buyer

Hi, I'm Rebecca Van Wieren. I'm the person who reviews your parcel and makes the offer — not a call center, and not a middleman who resells your information. When you reach out, you're talking to me. I'm a mom of three, and I run Coast and Range Co. the way I'd want to be treated: straight answers with no pressure, and no games.

I've been a licensed real estate professional since 2003 — first in California, later in Colorado — and I've spent most of my career in investments and commercial brokerage. That background matters for a simple reason: when I make you an offer, I've already done the homework, and I'm in a position to actually close. Many of the owners I hear from are dealing with an inherited parcel or land that no longer fits their plans, and those situations deserve patience and a straight answer — not a hard sell.

Coast and Range Holdings is my own company, and when we buy your land, I'm the buyer. Although I hold real estate licenses in California (DRE #01368842) and Colorado (#IA100108573), I'm not using them in our deal — I'm buying for my own account, not acting as your agent. That's why there are no commissions and no fees, and why you'll deal with me directly from first call to closing.
